Working with Coastal in Mexico has exposed me to new challenges that have helped me grow professionally and better myself. While not every challenge faced in this job is easy to resolve, I have quickly realized that Coastal is a tight group of professionals that are always there for each other and will surely find the support required at any time.
No matter how impossible a challenge looks, there is always a way to overcome the challenge and move forward. Working in Mexico does not only come with work related challenges but it also has the cultural difference that most of the time makes a simple chore more complicated to perform. Working with Coastal has pushed me to new extremes and had to adapt myself in order to be productive in an ambience and country where things are managed differently from what is normally expected.
