Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Clerk to join our Finance team at Coastal Contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate records, and supporting management with timely reporting. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of our accounting processes and compliance with internal controls.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, verify, and process invoices, expense claims, and payment requests in a timely manner.

Maintain accurate financial records and general ledgers.

Perform monthly reconciliations of bank statements and supplier accounts.

Organize, file, and archive financial documentation for audit and compliance purposes.

Assist in the preparation of monthly management accounts and reports.

Support ad-hoc financial duties and tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
Experience & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an accounting or finance role.

Strong time management and ability to multitask effectively under deadlines.

Well-organized, resourceful, and a quick learner.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and QNE Accounting Software.
Languages:

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin/Chinese (spoken and written).
